Founded by Dr. Raju Ahmed Dipu GovernmentAward.com was founded by Dr. Raju Ahmed Dipu, an International Business Law Specialist, policy analyst, and global governance researcher. He served as the 2nd Spokesperson for the Bangladesh Uprising from 2021 to 2024, during which he advocated for democratic reform and civic rights amid systemic repression. Dr. Dipu was also the former Co-Treasurer of the Bangladesh Nationalist Youth Party (Jubodal) BNP under the Central Executive Committee from 2010 to 2017. Due to rising political tensions and targeted repression by the ruling government, he was forced into political exile in Germany after facing fabricated legal charges, harassment, and threats against his family under the leadership of former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. DGFI operatives (Directorate General of Forces Intelligence) were deployed to intimidate and pressure Dr. Dipu’s family, resulting in continued harassment and state-sponsored surveillance, ultimately leading to his escape and political asylum in Germany. His life experience has shaped his mission for ethical leadership, transparent governance, and international civic empowerment through digital platforms.
